Recently Kevin I. Slaughter mentioned that he likes to poke around in people's bookshelves when he's visiting them. I like to do the same thing, and I'm sure we're not alone in this. So I decided that it would be nice to give readers of this site the opportunity to poke around in my bookshelves.
Be warned. It's been a while since they were organised, many books are missing and are in piles around my lair, next to me as I write this there are a number more piled up on my desk and the Currently in Use shelf that I keep around my work area. Some shelves, such as the collection of sci-fi paperbacks are stacked two deep so you can only see, perhaps, half of the books, and others are impossible to discern from the spine. There are also some bizarre curves to the shelves as they are panoramas.
The Images total around 2MB so they ain't exactly for low-bandwidth connections, but for those who have expressed interest
Here they are.
ADDENDUM 2004: These pictures are waaay out of date. I don't even live in the same country as I did when these were taken. I may update it some day as I have added a lot more books, but for what it's worth this will remain for archival purposes.
